Come slow down and cultivate embodied presence in this 75 min. yin + sound experience. We will begin with 60 mins of yin and end with a 15 min savasana and sound bath. Yin yoga provides the space to practice being still, softening and surrendering to what is. When we take time to slow down and let go, we soften into our bodies and allow the space for greater sensitivity and embodiment.
