Sifting through pressures of daily life as a teen and navigating emotions such as anxiety can be difficult, without a good set of tools. Then we'll take it low and allow ourselves to restore with either, restorative postures, yin or a short myofascial release practice utilizing tennis balls, and other yoga props.
