Follow the life-giving rhythm of your breath as you discover ways for breath to guide the movements of your body and mind. The class seeks to cultivate experiences of stability, ease, and refined attention. We begin with community connection, explore dynamic movement within āsana/postures (40 min) and culminate with prāṇāyāma and meditation (15 min). Sharing insights/questions after is encouraged.
