Yoga to support the functions of digestion and integration (samāna vāyu). All experiences - food, interactions with others, connection with nature, etc. - need to be digested and integrated or released as undigested experiences become blocks in our system. This practice explores breath (inhale=exhale), spinal action (lateral postures), and meditation (stream) techniques to revitalize digestion of new or old experiences. Focus areas: breath awareness, inhale technique, exhale technique, waist / side body length, mid-back mobility, shoulder mobility, hip mobility.
